I'm a 50-something mom, granny, retired (for the moment) legal secretary, and writer looking for a creative outlet for my thoughts. I hope to cheer and uplift those who read my blog, although some days I write about things of a serious nature.  The "Family Hive" also serves to put together some family history stories for my posterity.
